Love the new swimming pond

Great clean spot , even with restriction of 2020 our family and friends enjoyed the new addition of large beach at swimming pond. The second store by the beach is great idea. There is lots of room to roam and play games. The river is always a wonderful spot to relax and have fun for all ages. ~ Will G September 2020

Beautiful clean and well maintained campground. Pet friendly. Fishing ponds, river tubing, some farm animals. Friendly crew, well equipped camp store. Reasonable WIFI access ($). Lots to see and do in the area, 10 minutes from Hanover stores for all your camping needs. Will definitely come again ! ~ Adi H July 2020

We had an amazing weekend!!

We had an amazing weekend!! Site A10 was perfect for us. Was a more private corner lot. Lovely fire pit and the sound of the river and crickets was so relaxing. The washrooms and parks were closed, the little beach and inflatable tubes were open. The park is very well maintained. There were quite a few flies everywhere, not sure why but barely any mosquitoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!! ~ Natalie E August 2020

Enjoyed our 2 nights we won in a draw

Thank you to Saugeen Springs R.V. Park for the 2 nights stay offered in a draw at the 2019 Toronto RV Show. Since we were at the park on September 26 and 27, the park was wonderfully quiet. It was clean; the fall colours were amazing. Many of the regular activities were limitd b/c of Covid, but as seniors, we appreciated the quiet. We enjoyed every moment. Our stay during Covid-19

We have stayed at Saugeen Springs RV Park for the last two years and we enjoyed everyday. It was amazing. The park is clean and well run. The river tubing experience is one of a kind. We had a big family weekend booked this year but had to cancel it due to Covid. Were we disappointed….yes but do we completely understand given the pandemic. Absolutely. Our family of 4 was still able to go since we had booked for 8 days and we had a great time. The people who have badmouthed and dragged this poor park through the mud should be ashamed of themselves. This pandemic has brought out the worst in people. The owner has done what she thought was right for HER business and family. There is no manual or precedent for how to navigate this difficult time. It makes me sad to watch how people have treated this business owner and it’s employees. We will definitely be back to support this amazing park in the future. Keep doing what you are doing Saugeen Springs and we will be there to support you. ~ Kim C

Best Experience!

Absolutely best experience for these first timers!! Despite the current climate, we were provided with entertainment and fun for the whole family. Will be coming back for years to come thanks to Catherine and her family!!

Amazing “Covid” Canada Day

Had an amazing “Covid” Canada Day at Saugeen Springs.
Amazing site, and customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the current situation in the world.
The staff did so much to ensure that there were Covid appropriate activists and worked so hard to ensure a fun time was had by everyone! We can’t wait to be back again soon

A wonderful long weekend!

We had a great time on the Victoria day weekend. Park was super clean and staff was perfect. Caught lots of small trout that were carefully released for others to enjoy. Thanks again and we are planning our next return.

Beautiful river for tubing!

Winter is gone, and I am so anxious to get back to your campground. We have been to many and yours is the nicest we have seen. It is incredible…people tubing that river, it is so beautiful. Me, being a non swimmer and terrified of water, I was even talked into doing a tube run and I loved it and can hardly wait to do it again. The park is so clean and so peaceful. Sitting under the awning with a coffee in the morning or around the campfire at night, it’s like the rest of the world doesn’t exist. And on top of all that, there is the warm and friendly greetings from you and your lovely family and – Charlie. As far as we are concerned, this is the only campground for us. Thank you for making each outing memorable.

'Glamping' retreat!

Hi Catherine, Ron & family…..We want to say a big THANK YOU for our wonderful stay in the Birch Cabin. It was way beyond our expectations. We were in need of a quiet breather, and your park afforded that, as well as the opportunity to interact with others in play and worship at our leisure. Stocked ponds for hours of fishing fun!

Saugeen Springs is one of my absolute favourite places to camp anywhere. It is a beautiful park, exquisitely maintained and in a constant state of upgrade. The facilities are clean, and there is so much to do there. My kids spend hours and hours fishing in the stocked ponds, and the tubing is a riot for the whole family. And the Serez family are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I cannot recommend it enough.

Kids love visiting the petting zoo!

We have stayed at a lot of camp sites in Ontario and this gem is by far the Best! Love it and already planning next year. Very clean, great play ground for the kids, nice petting zoo, very, very friendly family staff. Only draw back is no pool, but with a very nice tubing ride down the river who needs a pool. Thank you staff and see you again soon.
